Blackwood Griffins are looking to further their development as a second XV with a new backs coach. The Griffins are a second team for Blackwood RFC and play in the Dragons athletics League of which they are entering their second season. The Griffins made the league final last season narrowly losing out on winning it in the last minutes. The Griffins were also one of the only teams last season to fulfil all their league games with a true second team. The team consists of a majority younger player base with many of the current Griffins player being Blackwood RFC youth graduates. There are.....
